Şirketimizin 27.03.2006 ve 28.04.2016 tarihli Genel Kurullarında alınan kararlar gereğince, satışların büyük ölçüde tamamlanmasından dolayı, devre tatil hakkı olup Satış Beyanı vererek gayrimenkul devre kullanım hakkını sona erdirmek suretiyle devresini satmak için müracaat etmiş olan pay sahiplerinin şirket merkezine gelerek işlemlerini sonuçlandırmalarını rica ederiz.
İşlemlerin sonuçlanması için pay sahiplerinin şirket merkezine gelirken konu ile ilgili sözleşme ve sözleşme ekleri, ödeme makbuzları, pay senetleri vb. belgelerin asıllarını yanlarında getirmeleri gerekmektedir.
Kendileri gelemeyecek durumda olanların, ahzu kabza ve tam ibra yetkisini haiz bu konuda tam yetkilendirilmiş, noter onaylı bir vekaletname ile birlikte vekil vasıtasıyla müracaat etmeleri mümkündür.
